However, it is our great concern to read that you were not 100% satisfied with your experience with us and we ensure you that all your comments are already forwarded to the relevant department heads. As far as your special occasion is concerned, we have tried both on the 8th (actual celebration date) and on the 9th of October to send you our amenities. The Room Service prepared the special equipment and delivered a note in your room to contact them when you return back, since the amenities are perishable and cannot be offered, in your absence.
