Hotel was lovely and facilities great.Only downside was the fire alarm going off in the early morning but that wasn’t the hotels fault.
Terrible service, room freezing, housekeeping couldn’ cope. Spend your money elsewhere..
This is a very popular resort hotel but it badly needs some money spent on it now as it is looking very tired. Excessively high summer prices charged by new owners Britannia, though plenty to keep kids happy on site. So much to do out and about in this beautiful area of Scotland.
Bed was terrible first night thinking it was just the way i was sleeping 2nd night same pulled matress off very old and worn out. Also alot of the complex was closed sadly.
