Dear Alex, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. After almost one year, the hotel went into operation with a completely new team. Since then, after we were able to eliminate the first rough points, we are working on the finer points in the services. We understand your advice as a helping hand, where we still have weak points in our day-to-day work and can constantly improve our work through regular corrections and changes in organizational processes.
