Ich möchte mich vielmals bei Ihnen für die Unannehmlichkeiten in unserem Spa entschuldigen, auch das unsere Hauskeeping Mitarbeiter Sie vor der Abreise stört entspricht in keiner Weise dem Standard unseres Hauses.
