Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to share the experience of your vacation at our resort. I am glad that you appreciated the general facilities, culinary offer, beach along with the service and hospitality of our Family Members. However, I am sorry to read about the maintenance issues which you mentioned. The continuous heavy rainfalls and high humidity that have persisted for some time and proved particularly challenging in that regard, but rest assured that we shall keep a close eye on the unpleasant smells that you highlighted. Should you decide to visit us again, we will ensure that your are given a mattress which will be per your expectations. If we were informed during your stay, we would have immediately changed it. Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager l'expérience de vos vacances chez nous. Je suis ravi de lire votre message et merci de votre appréciation des facilités, de la proximité de l'hôtel avec la plage et le choix culinaire. Néanmoins, je regrette que n'aviez pas été mieux informé de nos services proposés ainsi que nos différents forfaits. J'aimerai toutefois vous rassurer qu'à l'arrivée nous remettons à nos clients une lettre oû sont inclus les informations nécessaires pour leur séjour. Toutefois, lors de votre prochaine visite, je ferai de sorte que vous ayez des informations complémentaires à votre arrivée. J'ai pris bonne note de vos commentaires concernant l'organisation du personnel ainsi que le buffet et je m'excuse pour les inconvénients.
