I'm sorry you didn't enjoy Kittiwake house. The charge by coin meter is as clear as Expedia will allow us to advertise this charge, under the section of extra charges. Are rates are a lot less than equivalent 2 bedroom self catering apartments in the area which compensates for the meter charges. You paid £30.00 less for your 3 night stay than a simular property advertised via another booking site at the time of your visit. We have taken your criticism on board and will revise our policies.
