I picked this hotel because Im a platinum member with bonus + so I get free room upgrade in ebookers VIP hotels, I emailed hotel a few times in advanced to notify I will be coming and have room upgrade for me, no replies from any of my emails sent, got to hotel and was told I won't be getting any room upgrade even tho they were still selling the higher rooms available on ebookers for the date I chose, it was my first time picking a hotel with VIP from ebookers and it will be the last, I didn't get my perk I am entitled to and my emails ignored from hotel, please ebookers take this VIP status away from this hotel

Unfriendly staff

Really bad hotel. Staff are terrible and not helpful at all. They are supposed to be a +vip hotel but knew nothing about it when i asked. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Its old , dark and noisy. Not worth the money i paid. I could find a 3 star hotel better than this.

Great position

Very pleased with the hotel and staff, position for me was perfect. Only negative comment paid for extras night before had only used mini bar at begiinning of stay, but was challenged on leaving about use of bar and it was not done rudely but took the edge of my stay.

Great Hotel for a great price

Family and I booked 3 rooms here for 8 days. Overall we were very impressed. Rooms were great. Location is great with a a free tuk tuk up to the main road. Or just a short 5 minute walk. The food in the restaurant here is amazing. We ate here 3 nights in a row instead of going out as the food is so good. Only downside is the noise from the construction site next door. The pool is also small and never gets any sunlight and has nowhere to sit next to the pool and lounge about so it might aswell be non existent. Staff are friendly and provide good advice. I would definitely stay here again. The Deluxe Rooms are a great size. The standard rooms are also decent but if you can get the Grand Deluxe Rooms then they are definitely worth booking.

Great Hotel, centrally located...

Have stayed here 8 times and that's for a good reason!! This hotel is in a great location central to all you need in Bangkok. The hotel is on Soi 2 Sukumvit which means it's quiet and offers a bit of peace and relaxation after a hectic day in the city!!!
