Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We appreciate your positive comments, and we are pleased that you had a good stay overall. However, I apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced during your stay. We feel that our bar offers a varied selection of drinks at a competitive price; we regret that you were not completely satisfied in this respect. We do have two spectacular outdoor swimming pools with terraces. One of these is shared with the Royal Polo Club for adults, only. We have been experiencing unusually hot weather, as I am sure you will appreciate. We are saddened to read your comments about our hospitality and service. We are usually known for our attentive and friendly team who treat each guest with the same respect. We are truly sorry you felt differently.
