Given a pool view instead of the sea view. The bathroom design is so dated & different from what was advertised on ebookers website, plus the bathroom shower was full of mould. The bed sheets were old with holes and crumbs on the floor we’re not vacuumed for 4 days. Further more, the receptionist was unhelpful upon arrival for the check-in and you had to wait for another person who has no clue of the situation. The waiters and bar staff are wonderful.

We arrived late at night but were pleased with the very quick check in. Given an upgrade to a two bed suite which was nice, shame we were only there 1 night before a cruise. Good breakfast choices in the morning, kids loved the pancake machine, smoothy bar was great.

Good for business, not recommenadable for vacations The good things first: Rooms and hotel very clean, bed very comfortable, good estabilishment. Staff very friendly helpful. Location of the hotel good - close to the beach, in an area more for locals than for tourists, and in the opposite of a big mall. Hop on of off just some meters away from the hotel. But: Every service is to be paid "extra". No included Wifi (if you are not Hilton Honor member) and you pay EUR 15.- per day for Wifi access, which in todays digitalization world, where everything runs via phone is just not conceivable. If you would like to go to the pool, you have free access to sunbeds, but only in a dedicated area, which is roofed and there is no sunshine - so to sun oneself will be difficult. Of course you can rent a sunbed for EUR 30.00 each (!!) as a hotel guest - otherwise you pay EUR 60.00 per sunbed. The pool area is more geared to a beach club role than to the hotel guest relaxing requirements. Alcoholic drinks and food pretty expensive. Late check out possible, but charged with EUR 20.- per hour. All in all, a good hotel for short trips and more for business stay than for holidays.
