Nice , modern, new contemporary hotel

Pros: Architecture, neatness, room facility, hotely style..
Cons: The bathroom sanitation system to prevent the very bad smell..
Location: As described above, not very top prominent location but still quite close to La Sagrada Familia church..
Overal nice , new, clean, modern hotel in a contemporary, art-noveau style. Check-in waiting time was too long due to understaffing. It s a plus to have closed secured parking place downstairs. Not very central location, a bit far-off from main shopping, sightseeing districts as well as the port/beach/aquarium areas. But close to the "peak sightseeing icon" La Sagrada Familia, which is a plus. (just 700m) Unfortunately very bad smell, extremely distrubing odeur coming out of the bathrooms, in 237 and 239 during our two nights stay, particularly in 237. Must have been due to bad sanitation or a problem in drainage system somewhere..

Es gab einige Schönheitsmängel, wie zum. Beispiel im Bad waren die Halterungen zum Teil kaputt bzw. Notdürftig geflickt. Der Teppich auf dem Flur war mit sehr großen (mehrere) Flecken versehen. Ansonsten war die Hygiene absolut in Ordnung und Ausstattung war auch absolut ausreichend! Das Personal egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant war mir gegenüber stets höflich und sehr entgegen kommend! Grüße

Im Zimmer hat es leider gestunken. Zudem haben wir an der Reception für die Bestellung eines Taxis angefragt. Dies konnte der Herr leider nicht erledigen, die Taxis sind zu beschäftigt um diese Uhrzeit. Nicht gerader toller Service. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht

Minibar enthält „nur“ 3 kleine Flaschen Mineralwasser. Diese werden aber gratis abgegeben. Das Restaurant wird nur fürs Frühstück geöffnet, auf den Zimmern liegt eine Karte des Pizzakurier auf. Personal ist zuvorkommend und auf Anliegen wird eingegangen.

Chices Hotel in Metro Nähe

Das ganze Hotel war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Personal freundlich, die Zimmereinrichtung modern und komfortabel, der Zimmerservice sehr gut. Leider fehlte im Badezimmer das Bidet (obwohl bei der Buchung angezeigt) und der Toilettenpapier-Halter war zu nahe an der Wand d.h. sehr unpraktisch (eigentlich war das Wc auch zu nahe an der Wand). Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Vielleicht ein Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Zimmerwände sehr Geräusche durchlässig sind.
