Home away from home

As a frequent business traveller I stay in 5 star hotels week in week out but the Majestic hotel was the Most amazing hotel primarily because the staff cannot do enough.

Mein erster Aufenthalt im Majestic Hotel & SPA in Barcelona. Bei meiner Ankunft - noch stark humpelnd - aufgrund eines vorangegangenen Reise - Unfalls ( in Budapest ) und eines darausresultiernden Handicaps am Knie - wurde mir von der Front Desk Dame und einem Pagen des Majestic Hotels umgehend Unterstützung offeriert. Ich erhielt ein Hotelzimmer - der kurzen Wege - kein interneres Treppensteigen notwendig - um mein gebuchtes Hotelzimmer zu Erreichen, der Page unterstütze mich beim „Einrichten“ im Hotelzimmer - like a Butler - Er bot mir an Schmerzsalbe - Medizin für mein schmerzendes Bein in der Apotheke zu besorgen ! Unmittelbar nachdem ich mein Hotelzimmer betreten hatte - bekam ich von der Hausdame einen Eisbeutel für die Kühlung meines schmerzenden Knies gebracht und sonstige weitere Unterstützung angeboten: „Take care“ und persönliche Betreuung des Gastes werden in diesem Hotel wirklich noch „ernst genommen“ und auch zelebriert. Ein Hotelzimmer ( Deluxe Room with View ) in dem „A l l e s“ ( technische Einrichtungen ) funktioniert, auch in einem tadellosen optischen Zustand ist und durch die tägliche - zeitlich individuelle Reinigung durch das Cleaning Service Team - die Sauberkeit auch zu 100% gewährleistet wird. Ich konnte mich in der Ersten Woche meines Aufenthaltes - mit Unterstützung des gesamten - freundlichen und kompetenten - Hotelpersonals wirklich -„Rekonvaleszieren“ und entschloss mich daher für einen längeren Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern! Es war sehr modern ubd klassisch eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben einem immer weitergeholfen und Empfehlungen für die Stadt gegeben. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons: fenster und verglasung tausen strahl kälte ab nach innen unangenehm
alles war rundherum sehr gut - super mitarbeiter - nachteilig ist, das es nachts recht kalt wurde, undichte fenster ........ bettdecken daher zu wenig
