Good airport hotel if you are in transit

Pros: Convenience
Location: We didn't explore much - were only there for a short while. There is a little shop close by for snacks and essentials.
We just needed something close to the airport for one night as we were leaving early in the morning and this hotel fit the bill. The staff were super efficient and friendly. We had a bit of a wait for the shuttle bus but that is to be expected. Hotel had everything we could have wished for. Unfortunately there were some noisy people in the room next door who kept me awake until 3am but after I notified reception about the problem it went quiet so I assume they did something about it.

Nice hotel close to Forum

Nice hotel and well located specially if there is an event in Forum or convention center in Barcelona.

It was my first trip

It was ok but the Internet was awful that's it and I'm quit happy with the hotel but not 100 percent

Comfortable Overnight stay

We only stayed for one night following our cruise and is an ideal base for putting your head down for the return flight back to the UK. With a free shuttle service offered by the hotel it's a nice touch and probably saves you £10 in a taxi. We ate in the restaurant and whilst the food was nice an reasonably priced, the young waiter who served the bread needs to go on a professional waiting-on course and how to deal and treat the customer. We didn't make use of the leisure facilities but what we saw looked very inviting. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety for all tastes. We'd definitely stay there again.

Staff not friendly and sometimes rude

I like the location which was quite close between the airport and port. And also I like the fact that they provided the free transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to port. The only problem we had was the receptionists were kinda rude and not friendly at all! We didn't feel welcome to the hotel!

Great stay away from the crowds for visiting Barcelona

We had to wait a long time for the shuttle bus and we had a key to our room for just one day when we had booked in for five. The hotel manager amply compensated us with free breakfasts for the last three days. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room and for a four star hotel we thought this should have been provided. Overall we had a wonderful holiday but for the price we felt that breakfast should have been included. We were only about one mile from the airport but there was a direct bus to Barcelona near the hotel which only costs 2 euros and took you straight to the Ramblas. That was brilliant. El Prat in which the hotel is situated is a lovely town with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops at cheaper prices than Barcelona itself. We loved mingling with the Spanish people in the square off the main street.
