Comfortable airport hotelThis hotel suited our needs. Having to contact the hotel only upon your arrival at the airport to receive instructions on how to access the shuttle is, in my opinion, not great. Amazing place and meets a boutique standard I have had 2 nights stay at this hotel and could not fault a thing. The service and value for money is exceptional. The area and the proximity to all attractions is first class. A much better value then a large chain of hotles that have no individual attention and rely on an aquired name.

Close to a metro easy to visit anywhere, enjoy the quiet of the beaches and occasionally visit the Rambles area, to be honest is over rated IMHO. Yet the whole city of Barcelona is truly amazing. Thieves pick pockets do operate on the metro,as in most major city's.

Excellent family holiday venueGreat location. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfasts. Comfy beds. Only let down by the thin adjoining walls and erratic WiFi reception once away from the lobby area. Overall a fantastic experience. I will certainly recommend the hotel to others who may be planning a visit to Barcelona.

Art and Architecture in Barcelona

Barcelona is a city that is rich in artistic and architectural monuments and exhibits. Even simple yarn factories and hospitals, as well as town's City Hall, are considered tourist attractions in Barcelona thanks to their special architectural style. In the 19th and 20th century, the famous city architect Gaudi left his signature mark throughout the centre of the city. Gaudi's best-known creation is Parc Guell, a must-visit location full of unique structures and sculptures. Book a room from one of the many hotels near the city centre so that you can conveniently get to the attractions nearby. Numerous hotel options of all price ranges are easily available from ebookers. The city also offers art museums that cater to every taste from classic and historical to contemporary and avant-garde. Don't forget to visit the private art galleries that feature the works of today's budding Spanish and international painters, sculptors and photographers.

Las Ramblas, and, indeed, the rest of the city, also features international restaurants and cafes that feature everything from simple Middle Eastern street fare to world-class gourmet meals prepared by renowned chefs. The promenade is easily reached from centrally located hotels that are available through ebookers, which also offers the best deals on rooms in hotels situated on or near the waterfront. The Ramblas and central areas also feature shops where you can buy the latest in designer fashions, especially the hand-crafted shoes for which Spain has always been renowned.

At the end of Las Ramblas you will find an expansive beach area that is perfect for relaxing and unwinding in the sun that illuminates Barcelona throughout the year. You will also find attractions like the Montjuic cable car, from which you can see the most beautiful views of the coasts of Barcelona before arriving at the mountain's own observatory for additional breath-taking views of the city. The seaside area also offers bars, cafes and clubs that you will be able to enjoy fully using the money you saved from booking your hotel via ebookers.

Barcelona is one of the best cities in Europe to visit thanks to the unique mixture of its rich historical past and lively atmosphere today. If a holiday in this special city is in your near future, use ebookers to compare and select between rooms in a wide variety of hotels in Barcelona.
