Sehr geehrter Christoph, vielen Dank für das Feedback zu Ihrem Urlaub. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie die Lage unseres Hotels, den ausgestatteten Privatstrand und die Höflichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter positiv hervorheben. Es tut uns unendlich leid, dass Ihnen das Frühstücksangebot nicht zugesagt hat. Aufgrund von Covid-19 mussten wir das Buffet stark einschränken, aber dafür werden die auf dem Buffet fehlenden Produkte und Gerichte von unseren Mitarbeitern direkt an den Tisch serviert. Wir bedauern, dass Ihrer Bitte bezüglich der Reinigung des Balkon nicht nachgekommen wurde, vermutlich weil Maria nicht sehr gut Deutsch versteht. Auf jeden Fall können wir Ihnen versichern, dass die von uns angewandten Preise mit denen anderer Hotels der gleichen Kategorie der Umgebung übereinstimmen.
