This hotel is such a beautiful hotel to stay in during a long or short visit to Basel. The rooms are luxurious, clean and provide one of the most picturesque views of Basel city and surrounding mountains. The hotel's location is perfect for both exploring on foot or by the local tram rail. Staff are so warm and welcoming, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much to all at Hyperion Hotel.

Das Hotel verdient definitiv keine 4 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man sich kaum kehren kann. Für eine Nacht ok, ansonsten geht das gar nicht. Man hat nicht einmal Platz für das Gepäck. So ein winziges Zimmer hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotel! Das Badezimmer ist schön und gross. Das Personal versteht kein Schweizerdeutsch. Der Service im Hotel lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Zumindest war es sauber und die Lage ist ganz okay.

Langsames Check-In, langes Warten. Frühstückbuffet ok - aber praktisch keine vegane Möglichkeit. Pflanzliche Milchalternative (z.B. Hafermilch) sollte heute eigentlich Standard sein. Sonst schöne, gut gelegene (Messe Basel) Unterkunft.
