The last room was very small and hot air conditioning does not work and if i opened the window the hotel restaurant staff could see in the bed is actually 2 twins stuck together causing difficulty to sleep very misleading giving double rooms with twin beds . Check out was poor a que of people waiting with only 1 member of staff on reception very poor for a 4 star hotel although this was a issue for me i left my key in the bar as had to leave fast never been so excited about leaving a hotel before they need to improve their beds and some rooms too but the 1 thing is the staff are exceptional and try their best to help but the beds were a real issue for me all the bathrooms are suoerb and exceptional too only resl issues were the beds and sizes of rooms . 5/10

Abbey Hotel Bath

Disappointed stay.Dark & dingy hotel that needs modernisation.Found a used ear but on the floor in a room that had been cleaned.Hair around the bath tap.Baghroom blind dirty.Stained tiles or may even be dirty!
