Room had everything you needed, bathroom could do with updating. Breakfast was chaos and no covid safe measures in place, staff not wearing masks or gloves when around or handling the food. Tables cleared but not wiped before the next guests sat down. Sanitizer stations few and far between and most empty.

Dear Anonymous, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we really value your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our breakfast - we are being extra vigilant on our cleaning regimes and ensuring our hotel is a clean, safe environment for guests, with frequent cleaning taking place and multiple sanitising stations positioned all around the hotel - including three in the breakfast area alone to encourage sanitisation. We also operate a one way system in this area to create a more manageable environment. Unfortunately our staff members are no longer legally required to wear masks, so we cannot legally force them to and I apologise for this, however all of our breakfast team are required to wear gloves when handling food. We hope to welcome you back to our hotel again soon.

This hotel has everything you need. Parking when you arrive, a sizeable clean comfortable room, a filling breakfast and just 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Service is quick and efficient. Great value and covid-secure.

Rooms ok, but a little dated. Doors and walls paper thin so noise is clearly heard from other rooms. Car park too small for the number of cars, with staff telling guests not to move their car if they get a space or they probably won't get another. Dangerously set up cot beds which could cause cot death!

Check in was available early, room was very clean, we had to pay for parking but it was only 7.50 which was good for a city centre

It's been well used. Could do with refurbishing, 15 mins walk into centre of Bath, breakfast was awful, no clean plates and food left a lot to be desired.
