Decent hotel for the price we paid. The reception staff went above and beyond trying to help my friend move the dates because of work commitments. We stuck to the original schedule because of the cost to change. The hotel gave us an upgrade which was very kind. The filter coffee at breakfast was awful, so it was a good thing they had a lot of choice for breakfast. The selection I had was tasty.

Would have expected mattress protectors not just a thin sheet. Bathtub not great. Chloe on reception was very helpful and friendly. Nice location. Needs some updates but would recommend.

Nice Hotel close to Bath

I enjoyed my stay, there was a boat trip into Bath which went from just over the road which was excellent as we didn’t have to use the car. The hotel was good and the staff very helpful and the breakfast was very good also. I would recommend this hotel.

Tired hotel in need of renovation in a lovely spot

Our room was very disappointing, stained carpet, old bed. This hotel needs a major renovation. It's in a beautiful spot and the staff were all helpful and it could be made lovely.
