I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past, since it was refurbished it is much better. The reception team member at checkin gave a poor first impression though, with no eye contact and whilst check in was handled swiftly, there was no friendly greeting. Breakfast, ordered on room service, never appeared and just served to delay my departure but still hungry and requiring a stop at a motorway service station on my way home. Overall a nice hotel but let down by details in the service.
