Hotel in good position opposite river. However it has lost its character that it had in abundance from a visit approx. 20 years ago. This is due to internal modernisation which is too stark and noisy. Car parking which you have to pay for is also haphazard comprising 3 areas. You may also get blocked in by a delivery lorry as we did on one occasion. Main meal in brassiere (no longer a restaurant) was over priced, over cooked & warm not hot. Dessert was good though. Drinks are dear (but it is a hotel). 3 star in my opinion not 4 star.

Rooms were in the same style as premier or travelodge, clean. Hotel has a spa and a new restaurant.

Nice hotel in Bedford very civilized

The staff at the front desk were very helpful , The hotel is a very nice place to stay . It is close walk to shopping and a shirt can ride from the train station

Pros: Good staff - friendly and efficient, speacial to Charlotte working in the bar on the evening I stayed
Cons: Internet connection failed
Nice hotel, friendly staff, internet broke however efficient staff pointed out I could connect to the Radisson wifi from the corner of the bar area

Good Hotel in the City Centre

It is a very good hotel, very centrally located. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and walk along the river. Overall good place to stay.

Nice overnight stay

Pros: Good location and has lots of character.
Cons: Room bit tired, bathroom needs updating.
Stayed as attending daughters 21st birthday party at a local venue.
