Thank you for taking the time to place a review. we welcome all feed back wether negative or positive.you should have reported the room to reception or the owners as we do not expect rooms to be in this condition and unless reported to us we are unable to rectify this issue, also it is the responsability of the young man in the cafe for breakfast to ensure he is cleaning the tables between each guest, therefore i can only assume that the table you sat at had not been cleared from the previous guests as the food would not have been from the night before, also the breakfast chef ensures that the kitchen is always spotless therefore you do not need to worry about the kitchen as it is immaculate, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us but, for us to rectify issues we need to be told straight away. Thank you for your review, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us, unfortunately as you point out being by the water and surrounded by trees and greenery it is hard to keep everywhere spider free at this time of year but we do our best to do so, we do take all your comments on board in order to maintain guest enjoyment. Thank you for your review, we appreciate your comments as with out these we do not know what needs to be improved or renewed, The dust however is due to the overly warm weather but now that the carpark has been concreted and we have had some rain which has dampened any external dust this should now no longer be a problem, we hope however that you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for taking the time to place a review, we appreciate that the lights dont suit everyone but the underbed lights are to save putting on an overhead light if having to get up at night and all the other such as headboard and pelmet lights can be turned off by alexa. The shower and bath button have also been put in a different location in the newer rooms.Other than this we are glad you enjoyed your time with us. Thank you from all at the waterfront lodges.
