fantastic long weekend

I enjoyed it overall. loved it and would go back. a few small things to get past like some staff not know the drill as customer service goes. some rooms have very thin walls. staff express little language skills. for a 5 star hotel , i would expect staff to speak/understand basic english at the very least. still great place, and great weather for this time of the year.

Personal nur ausländische(nicht Türken) unproffessionelle Mitarbeiter. All inklusive ohne a la Carte!!! Also sprich 20euro für ein Nachtessen!!! Essen einseitig! Ein Hotel Ohne Konzept oder besser gesagt mit einem Sehr schlechten Konzept!!!

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, vor allem Restaurantpersonal sehr unprofessionell und unmotiviert, schlendern durch das Restaurant und wirken sehr gestresst. Essen nicht abwechslungsreich bzw das was angeboten wird sehr fleischhaltig (keine Vegetarierinnen, aber trotzdem) und nicht wirklich appetitlich, wir wussten manchmal gar nicht, was wir essen sollten. allgemein alles etwas unsauber von Zimmer zu Geschirr & Besteck sowie Kaffeemaschine und Teestation.. im Gang zu den Zimmern riecht es nach verbranntem Plastik oder ähnliches, konnten nicht genau sagen, was das war. Zwischenzeitlich war meine Begleitperson krank im Bett, als ich im Hauptrestaurant nach Kamillentee fragte, holte man mir genervt alle Arten Teebeutel von der Küche ausser Kamillentee und liess mich damit ohne ein Wort stehen. Wir waren allgemein sehr enttäuscht und würden nicht wieder in dieses Hotel.

Ich und meine Frau waren für 7 Nächte im Spice Hotel Belek. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Zimmer und die ganze Hotelanlage wie auch Poolbereich waren gross und sauber. Das Essen hat uns nicht gefallen, jeden Tag das gleiche Essen und es schmeckte überhaupt nicht. Wir gingen einen Abend in das VIP Restaurant a la Carte essen wo uns gesagt wurde es kostet 15 Euro pro Person ein 5 Gang Menu . Dies war leider nicht der Fall am Schluss haben wir die Rechnung erhalten und es war 50 Euro pro Person und das Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Personal: Zum Teil freundlich aber das Problem war nur es konnten sehr wenig Englisch sprechen. Die einzige Sprache war Türkisch und Russisch. Ansonsten fanden wir die Anlage super aber ein wiederholter Urlaub in diesem Hotel kommt für Uns nicht in Frage.

Die Gösse der Anlage ist beeindruckend. Das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim Einchecken hat es Probleme gegeben, da wir (6 Personen) drei mal einzeln gebucht haben war sie überfordert. Sie kamen nicht nachvollziehen!
