There was a stale smell in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, the windows were very grubby and we couldn’t sleep due to the noise of a function being held downstairs, we heard every song played and we could also hear the hand drier in the bathrooms attached to the function room every time someone used it. We won’t be returning.

super staff very nice hotel

Cons: nothing
Location: we travelled for an event so i cant answer that
we spent one night very helpfull staff the rooms where excellent the comfort of the beds very good best night sleep in a long time breakfast freshly made i must say one of the better hotels i have stayed in a long time will come again

great value hotel

Lovely place only stayed for one night wish we stayed for more room was very comfortable and very spacious. We ate there and the food was delicious and breakfast was good too. We will return soon for a longer stay.

A good base for Belfast

William at reception was a pleasure to deal with, a model professional with a great attitude and welcome. A credit to the hotel. Room was adequate if a little too warm, only 1 window meant this could not easily be addressed. Hotel was busy, restaurant seemed to be trading well. The 'village' itself was less appealing, a large preponderance of takeaways, indeed only 1 (Italian) alternative restaurant who don't open as a restaurant on Mondays!. They appear proud of their 'heritage' in Dunmurry, no shortage of flags if you're into that kind of thing. Can be a little intimidating if you're not.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis paßt gar nicht

Im Großen und Ganzen macht das Hotel einen eher runtergekommenen Eindruck. Ganz übel war die Ausstattung des Bades. Im 21. Jahrhundert sind getrennte Kalt- und Warmwasserhähne nun wirklich nicht mehr Standard. Außerdem war Schimmel im Bad, weil die Lüftung nicht funktionierte. Des Weiteren klemmten sowohl die Badtür als auch die Zimmertür und das nicht nur ein bißchen. Das Hotel ist total hellhörig. Am Samstag war Livemusik und am Sonntag eine Hochzeit. Beide Nächte habe ich kein Auge zugetan. Am Frühstück darf auch gearbeitet werden. Es gab warmes englisches Frühstück, aber ansonsten nur Toast mit Marmelade und Müsli. Kein Aufschnitt, kein Käse. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, aber der Rest darf in Sachen Dienstleistung gerne noch was dazulernen. Also, beim nächsten Mal werde ich sicher woanders einchecken.
