Weekend break

Friendly reception. We were too early to check in but receptionist checked to see if room was available but unfortunately it wasn’t. She kept our luggage until we returned. When we eventually checked in we had been upgraded. Room massive and it had the wow factor. Coffee machine and tea facilities with biscuits. Hairdryer and ironing facilities. Different receptionist in evening was just as pleasant and good sense of humour. Breakfast was perfect as it was cooked fresh rather than a buffet. Could help ourselves to cereals juices fruit and toast. Nothing was too much to ask of staff. Will definitely return. Many thanks for a lovely stay

The only criticism I would have with this hotel is the 11am checkout time - very early!
