They regularly run out of food items at breakfast, run out of toilet paper, you have to change your keycard three times a day and some of the reception staff lie to you. Otherwise, everything is fine...

Generally a 'nice' hotel. Staff were a little slow at times but the rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Good value for money. Great central location.
