Staff were excellent - the room however fell short of five star accommodation by quite a bit. Our breakfast was nicely cooked and service was prompt and friendly.

Lovely city centre hotel where every single staff member was friendly from check-in to check-out. We’ll be back.

Gorgeous hotel, close to city centre

I honestly couldn't fault the hotel in terms of room comfort, staff or look/location. I was only slightly disappointed that the gym was sparse also with a machine out of commission

Nice hotel in the city centre

Pros: Very nice hotel & very friendly helpful staff.
Location: Very central to the city centre
We booked the hotel for a group get together with friends. It lived up to our expectations & is a good base for shopping restaurants etc

Great hotel for a short break

Pros: Superb
Cons: Nothing
Firstly I'm a repeat visitor to this hotel, I think this has been my 8th or 9th time. The friendly staff are always there to help if required and the cozy bar that serves great food and drinks plus the rooms have a more upmarket feel than most in the city.

Nice hotel!!

Pros: Staff.
Cons: a mirror on the desk instead of a tv! and a plug socket near the dressing table!
Location: Middle of Belfast loads of things to do wished we'd have stayed longer!
Stayed from 17th march to 19th march, £150 a night def not worth that money, i had no where to do my makeup or hair there were mirrors everywhere but where you needed them! interlocking door to next room unfortunately for us at 1 in the morning we had 50 shades as neighbours thought i was in a porn film! Did complain and the manager was very apologetic and amended the bill accordingly, i would stay again but not in that room!!!

Belfast birthday trip

We came here for my boyfriends birthday and to see a show in Belfast on Sunday the 5th February 2017 until the next day, flying visit.. The room was impeccable not a hair out of place. When we walked in we where Mesmerized by the room. Best hotel experience we've ever had. We love the black decor! Had trouble with a broken cafetiere where it completely soaked my hand and burned me tho.. Which kind of make me paranoid to use any of the other facilities within the room.. We went to our show came back and the room had been set up with a turn down service which was a lovely touch to come back to.. Breakfast was included in our deal and it was fab! The staff where more than accommodating and and even went as far as helping me into the lift and to my floor when I was carrying 2 coffees and a shopping bag Could not fault the staff in the slightest. Would rate 10/10 but have to fault the broken cafetiere and my hand is still quite sore a few days later so for that.. I'll rate 8/10
