Dear Mr. Andreas, Thank you for this comment, we would like to apologize once again for trouble that you experienced during your stay. As we explained to you it is central heating system, it was not possible to adjust only in your room to cooling, while in others was heating. As you already explained we tried to persuade you in changing the room, we also put small air conditioner in your room.
