despite covid, all good practice was in place yet everyone one went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provide a very good service.

Very nice clean room stocked with everthing to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was poor with tasteless cold food served, apart from the eggs that were lovely all other meats were of poor quality and cold including the mushrooms.

Overnight stay

We arrived on a Saturday morning from London to attend a wedding ceremony and the reception which was also being held at the AlonA. After calling when we landed, the hotel ensured we could check in early and get ready and settled before we left. Gary on the front desk couldn't have been nicer, he went out of his way for us and all the staff were very friendly anytime we saw them around the hotel. Late checkout was easy to organise and everything in the room exceeded our expectations - would definitely recommend!!
