Personnel pas accueillant. Interdiction de manger un plat chaud dans la chambre, même si il est acheté au take away de l’hôtel!

Guten Tag Herr Tschan Florian Wir nehmen Ihre Kritik zu Kenntnis, möchten aber dazu folgendermassen Stellung nehmen. Wenn man in einem Hotel wohnt ist es generell verboten, sich in den Zimmern zu verpflegen. Um dies zu vermeiden, hätten Sie auch ein Appartement mit Küche bei uns mieten können oder eine Ferienwohnung in Bellwald. Wir bieten unseren Hotelgästen die Verpflegung im Restaurant an. Jeder Hotelgast kann sich also im Restaurant verpflegen, à la carte oder mit Halbpension. Sie wurden vom Pächter des Restaurants darauf hingewiesen, dass Sie nicht im Zimmer essen dürfen. Sie haben es trotzdem getan und niemand war deswegen unfreundlich mit Ihnen. Es tut uns leid, dass dieses Ereignis so wichtig war für Sie, dass Sie es in die Öffentlichkeit tragen, statt mit den Verantwortlichen darüber zu reden. Wir hoffen doch sehr, dass Sie auch an das schöne, sehr saubere Zimmer mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick, an das feine Frühstück, an die am Morgen geheizten Snowboardschuhe und vieles mehr denken, wenn Sie sich an uns zurückerinnern.
