Chère Fátima, Nous vous remercions de tout cœur pour tous vos commentaires. L'avis de nos hôtes signifie beaucoup pour nous. Veuillez accepter nos sincères excuses pour ne pas avoir su satisfaire vos attentes en terme de restauration et en ce qui concerne notre régime Tout Compris. Les départements concernés ont été informés de vos remarques car nous savons que celles-ci nous aideront à nous améliorer. Nous travaillons dur afin de dépasser les attentes de nos clients et votre appréciation nous motive à continuer à les satisfaire en espérant que vous nous ferez l'honneur d'une nouvelle visite. Par contre, je vous informe que les hamacs de plage appartiennent à une société extérieure et nous ne pouvons pas les prendre en charge puisqu'il s'agit d'une concession de la mairie. Nous en réservons chaque jour un certain nombre pour nous assurer que certains de nos clients ne manquent pas de hamacs. Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient que cela aurait pu vous causer.
