Small clean twin room, good facilities. I liked the pool table. The location was great close to the main train station. The hotel was a bit noisy when trying to sleep due to hearing guests in adjacent rooms. The breakfast was on the expensive side so we ate out.

I like the cleaningness. Staff very friendly, TV has got loads of channels, good view from the top floor, close to main train station. This hotel has an hostel as well; it can be very busy in the lobby with lots of youngsters around.

Gut: Sehr freundliches Personal und zuvorkommend wenn auch unerfahren, geben sich Mühe. Hausmeister sehr zuvorkommend. Nahe Berlin HB Jugendfreundlich Schlecht: Bett, (Plastikunterlage auf Stahlrost) mehr als eine Nacht eine Zumutung Zimmer wurden nie gereinigt, nur Tücher wurden gewechselt, Zimmer staubig vorgefunden und wurde auch nie geputzt. Kein Reserve Toillettenpapier hinterlegt. Badezimmer wurde nie geputzt Eingang, Bar, Reception: Tische nie aberäumt, Bar ist am Morgen gleich schmutzig wie am Abend zuvor, staubiger schmutziger Boden. Öffentliche WC absolut ecklig und dies zu jeder Tageszeit. Aussenbereich bei Eingang seit drei Tagen Glasscherben vorhanden
