Das Hotel ist toll mit dem schon umgebauten Altbau und auch dem Neubau an der Havel. Die Betten waren hervorragend, ich habe herrlich geschlafen und die Lage total ruhig. Das Frühstück ist Super und alles war einfach nur bestens. Freundlicher Gruss Peter Sager Schweiz

Sehr gut an der Havel gelegen, ÖV (Tram+Bus) vor dem Hotel, Bahnhof Potsdam-Charlottehof in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer (Neubau, Seite Parkplatz) war betr. Einrichtung etwas "verbraucht" und eine "Auffrischung" würde gut tun. Ansonsten war, bis auf die Tatsache, dass bei grosser Hitze das Zimmer nicht richtig gekühlt werden kann, alles ok. Sehr gut ist das Frühstücksbuffet, es gibt reichlich und die Auswahl ist gross. Das Personal ist freundlich, leider gibt es wenige Ausnahmen, was nicht sein darf. Preis-Leistung ist ok.
