We stayed at the City Hotel Berlin East for one week, the staff we very helpful and polite from the moment we check-in to when we check-out both receptionists and cleaning staff. The hotel is very clean, with cleaning staff maintaining the reception, halls and rooms on a daily basis. The reception is modern with several amenities including computers and the bar has a nice selection for an evening drink. The hotel itself is not surrounded by nature or sights but extremely well connected with four tramlines within 5 minutes walking taking you across Berlin and connecting you with the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. A great stay, we would stay again.

1 von 2 Liften nicht benutzbar, bei 14 Stockwerken teilweise laaaaange Wartezeiten. Fenster nicht schalldicht - viele Krankenwagen in der Nacht (KH um die Ecke). Sehr gutes Frühstueck und reichlich. Lage für mich super, wegen fachlicher Fortbildung, ansonsten 30 bis 45 min in city. Gute öffentliche Anbindung. Netter Park zum Joggen 100 m entfernt.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war bei der Anreise etwas unfreundlich. Obwohl keine anderen Gäste warteten, stresste sie und wollte uns so schnell wie möglich loswerden. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich gross und auch sauber. Die Aussicht war nicht die Beste, da wir auf das Dach des Restaurant blicken konnten.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, das Zentrum ist jedoch nur mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen, die Gegend selbst ist schon ziemlich weit weg vom Zentrum. Reichlich Parkplätze, kostenpflichtig oder fusßläufig auch frei.
