Hostel Or Hotel - This Place Walks A Fine Line

I arrived at this hotel at 9pm on the first Saturday night in September, and it seemed busy. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the restaurant was closed and the only option if I wanted to eat was to order a very limited menu of what could best be described as bar food (pizza, burger, curry wurst). The following morning when I came to check, and the hotel tried to charge me for my pre-paid room twice, they said that they had to close the restaurant because the hotel was too busy as they had two big parties staying! The hotel is in next to a huge Siemens office building and there are no restaurants/shops close to the hotel. For €150 Euro a night, as a seasoned traveller and member of the IHG Rewards Club for over 20 years I expect much more.

Sauberes helles Zimmer und Bad . Bequemes Bett . Parkplatz Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr Tag 15 € etwas hoch . Frühstückspreise viel zu hoch , alles mit Selbstbedienung selbst Kaffee holen weniger gut.

Olimme maksaneet sviitistä, mutta huone oli 2h-huone lisävuoteella. Ollessamme nukkumassa ensimmäisenä yönä huoneeseen tuli uusia asukkaita ja kohta meille soitettiin ja kehoitettiin tulemaan respaan ja ilmoitettiin, että meillä oli väärä huone, aivan kuin se olisi ollut meidän vika. Ilman mitään pahoittelua meille annettiin vain uudet avaimet, joista yksi ei edes toiminut. Ilmoituksen mukaan allasosastolla piti olla pyyhkeet, joita emme saaneet edes kahden soiton jälkeen eikä tieto ollut kulkenut respaan, josta haimme pukukopin avaimet. Henkilökunnalla voisi olla enemmän palveluasennetta.

Asiallinen ja OK. Henkilökunta aika hymytön. Aamiaisen kuuluminen hintaan oli henkilökunnalle epäselvää - saatiin läpi.

Hotel ok

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Minibar meiner Meinung nach überteuert. Frühstückspreis pro Person mit 19€ auch voll daneben. Es ist immer noch ein Frühstück.

Übernachtung günstig, Essen teuer

Hotel liegt ruhig, wenn man Glück hat ergattert man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Kein Fluglärm. Frühstück mit 19,00 Euro p. P. auch wenn man soviel essen kann wie man will sind doch happig. Auch die übrigen Restaurantpreise sind hoch. Gesamtfazit Gerne wieder, Frühstück woanders
