Hotel was ideally situate for visit to Verti Music Hall and East Side Gallery. We opted for a quiet room which was on the 5th floor away from traffic noise. Our double room was clean and stylish. Plenty of wardrobe space but lacked drawer space. Disappointed with both tea/coffee facilities and free mini bar....not enough milk and sugar provided and mini bar only contained one alcoholic and one non alcoholic drink. There is a rooftop bar with views over the river. The music playing is loud and not conducive for a quite chat. Staff were polite and friendly. Overall would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Das Hotel ist wirklich grossartig. Wir waren über das Wochenende da. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir waren für ein Konzert in Berlin, das in der Mercedes-Benz Arena stattgefunden hat. Die Lage des Hotels kann wirklich nicht besser sein. Aus der Türe raus und da waren wir schon. Da wir ein Tattoo gestochen hatten und meiner Freundin die Folie abgefallen war, fragten wir nach dem Konzert im Hotel, ich möchte anmerken: es war ca. 23:30Uhr, ob wir ein Stück Frischhaltefolie haben könnten, damit sie das frische Tattoo damit schützen kann. Der nette Mann an der Reception ging kurzerhand den Küchenchef suchen und als er ihn nicht fand, hat er selbst nach der Folie gesucht. Der Koch kam dann doch noch aber wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir werden mit 100% Sicherheit wieder bei euch übernachten, wenn wir in Berlin sind. Auch die Lage zum Alexanderplatz, 5min mit der S-Bahn, und zum Brandenburger Tor, 10min mit der S-Bahn und noch ein kleines Stück laufen. Ich möchte mich hiermit nochmal herzlich beim Team vom Hotel Indigo bedanken.
