Die Bar und das Restaurant waren geschlossen.Das hätte man dem Gast bei der Buchung mitteilen müssen. Die Zimmer wurden nur gemacht wenn man an der Rezeption bescheid gesagt hat. Ich finde für ein 4 Sterne haus nicht akzeptabel.

Sehr unangenehm war der Umstand, dass das Bad keine Tür besitzt, was die Toilettenbenutzung schwierig macht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber schlecht organisiert. Lange Warteschlangen verdarben einem den Appetit

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und ist vom HBF super zu Fuß erreichbar. Checkin lief schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Hotel ist schon gut in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ausblick von den oberen Etagen sehr schön. Die Klima lief sehr schwach und konnte kaum verstellt werden - das könnte noch optimiert werden.

Gedränge beim Frühstück. Man hat keinen Sitzplatz bekommen. Der Frühstücksraum war völlig überfüllt. Keine Privatsphäre im Dippelzimmer. Das einzig kleine Bad ist nicht abgetrennt. Die Toilette ist lediglich durch eine halbhohe Glasschiebetür vom Rest des Zimmers abgetrennt. Man hat das Gefühl, als würde die Toilette gleich neben dem Bett stehen.

Zimmer im 16. Stock, grandiose Aussicht. Lage sehr gut, Nähe Bahnhof, zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten in der Brandenburgerstrasse.
