Please be assured that this is not our standard and that we will do everything possible to prevent something like this from happening again in the future. As the friendliness of the staff is one of the most important issues in hospitality business, it is very important to us that our guests feel welcomed and in good care by all our staff members. We regret that this was not the case for you and I would like to assure you that I am going to forward your comment to the relevant department.
