Xmas markets

Nice hotel situated in upmarket area clean, helpful staff, u- bahn at the end of the road, perfect to access all parts of Berlin. Great value for money.

delightful stay

the location of the hotel is very near the shops and the tube station which is very handy. the hotel is very clean and spacious. my daughters and myself had a very nice room only downfall is its a bit confusing and difficult to find our room at first. it was a huge building there is no usheretts to help us find our room. but over all stay is fantastic and i will definitely come back.

Maybe it was bad luck

I usually have NH as a good reference for a business hotel. Not top luxurious, but with a good quality and friendly staff. This hotel is very well located in the shopping area of Berlin, with direct buses to the Tegel Airport, Savignyplatz S-Bahn and Uhlandstrasse U-Bahn. The staff is polite and speaks well English. The room I was in, alone, was relatively small, but confortable and clean. I had a problem with room's safe. First had no battery. The hotel staff replaced it. Later it locked and displayed an error - refused to open. The reception clerk opened it, but until the end of my stay (6 more days) it was not repaired, so it was useless. The reception staff gave me an extra card for the light switch, but the cleaning staff removed it on the first night. The breakfast is what is expected for this kind of hotel, full and with variety. The internet access was however extremely slow and painful to use, even to read small bandwidth things like emails, feeling like the hotel expects users to upgrade to the premium access. In 2016 this kind of tactics make no sense any more. In overall it's a good hotel that needs a little bit more polishing.

Quiet hotel with NH quality on a side street from Kudamm. Great restaurant nearby. Savignyplatz with shopping opportunities close. Recommended !
