Pleasant Stay in Trendy Area

Nice hotel in trendy area (near university) with lots of restaurants and bars. Close to train station. Room was rather small and although there was shoe polish in the room, a tooth brush and tooth paste were lacking. Very good breakfast selection.

Sehr nettes Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück. Check-in ab gewisser Uhrzeit nur mit Self-Check-in möglich, wobei Code für Türe aufgrund Buchung über ebookers.ch nicht bekannt war und wir mehrmals klingeln mussten, bis wir hereingelassen wurden. Self-Check-in war dann nicht möglich, da mein Name nicht mit Umlaut geschrieben wurde und die Buchungsnummer nur von ebookers.ch vorlag, die nicht funktionierte. Check-in somit eher mühsam.

Sehr freundliches Personal, viele Kleinigkeiten, auch im Zimmer, so dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt. Schön wäre, beim Frühstück auch eine Pflanzenmilch anzubieten.
