great hotel, very nice, comfortable rooms

Pros: room, bed, food, staff very friendly
Cons: nothing

Hotel was convenient for all amenities

Pros: Within walking distance to the town and The Maltings Theatre. Staff were very friendly and professional.
Cons: I would have liked a bigger room with more light.
Location: Close to all amenities.
The staff were very friendly and efficient, allowing us to check in before 2pm. I was disappointed in the room as it was very small and dark. The bathroom looked quite new and was very clean with a great shower. The breakfast was first class and check out was easy.
