Food in the bar was simple but good, breakfast also. Enjoyed playing at the pool table - unexpected bonus. Service extremely friendly and helpful. Room basic but excellent value for money.

Nice brekkie / Shame about rooms.

Our room window couldn't open. Owners knew this but it took me asking if something could be done before they brought a fan from home to put in my room. One of the twins single bedrooms was so small,we couldn't use the cupboard, as it was not accessible. There was also no unit to place toiletries down. It was so cramped, it shouldn't really be sold as a twin room. Food was good and owners are nice. But I certainly wouldn't stay in the twin room, shared bathroom combo again. it seems that there was at least 4 rooms all sharing 1 toilet and a tiny shower. so that's 8 peole per shower/toilet. Too many for the price in my opinion.
