Good afternoon. Were always happy as a business take our guest satisfaction and safety seriously and make sure that everyone is fully informed in advance of what they have booked. We use a brilliant diary system that alerts guests of what they have booked and brings there booking details to there phones via text or email. Being on top of the covid19 guideline mean that we ring each guest to ensure there reason for travel is clarified in advance. All of our guests have to follow the process which may be a little frustrating but they cannot stay if there unable to follow the process. We spoke at lenght on the phone to expedia and were advised it was best to offer a relocation which sadly you were not happy with so we offered a full refund which was duly processed ahead of your arrival at 4pm after a conversation with yourself. We have 11 properties in Bicester and 6 in Oxford and all are Covid ready to the Visit England Government Standards. Secondly all of our team from housekeeping,telephony team all the way up to our Directors have been trained to Covid level 2 to ensure consistency of approach to guest safety. All of our properties are offered and as guest ready and the Covid guidelines are there to protect us all. Sadly Expedia allows for reviews even when a guest does not stay.
