BEWARE...... UNTRUSTWORTHY Booked the property a week before check-in. On the day of check-in, received 10 emails in total all very confusing from the property, some cancelling the property reservation, another moving me to another property without out my knowledge and another confirming the existing booking. Their system is poor. Spoke to the company and 'due to covid 19' I had been moved to another property which they own without my agreement. I explained my frustration whereby property owners cannot move customers from property to property without agreement, as they overbook their places. You don't know the alternative property standard/cleanliness / is the room the same / the location might not work etc. At midday of the check in, I agreed to the alternative accommodation, as to cancel and book another property at late notice would cost a lot of money. I later received a call from ebookers to cancel my booking but explained I had sorted it with owner so no need to cancel. Arived at property at 6:45pm and owner cancelled reservation. Had to book into hotel last minute at additional cost IT APPEARS THAT THE OWNER OVER BOOKS PROPERTIES AS HE BOOKS PRIVATLY AND THROUGH WEBSITES LIKE THIS, THEN IF ROOMS ARE OVERBOOKED MOVES PEOPLE WITHOUT THEIR SAY SO. IF YOU BOOK INTO A PREMIER INN, YOU DONT EXPECT TO TURN UP AND THEM TO SAY YOUR ROOM IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEN MOVE YOU TO ANOTHER HOTEL. THE BOOKING SYSTEM SHOULD SECURE THE ROOM FROM MULTIPLE BOOKINGS. ***BEWARE***

Good afternoon. Were always happy as a business take our guest satisfaction and safety seriously and make sure that everyone is fully informed in advance of what they have booked. We use a brilliant diary system that alerts guests of what they have booked and brings there booking details to there phones via text or email. Being on top of the covid19 guideline mean that we ring each guest to ensure there reason for travel is clarified in advance. All of our guests have to follow the process which may be a little frustrating but they cannot stay if there unable to follow the process. We spoke at lenght on the phone to expedia and were advised it was best to offer a relocation which sadly you were not happy with so we offered a full refund which was duly processed ahead of your arrival at 4pm after a conversation with yourself. We have 11 properties in Bicester and 6 in Oxford and all are Covid ready to the Visit England Government Standards. Secondly all of our team from housekeeping,telephony team all the way up to our Directors have been trained to Covid level 2 to ensure consistency of approach to guest safety. All of our properties are offered and as guest ready and the Covid guidelines are there to protect us all. Sadly Expedia allows for reviews even when a guest does not stay. They even allow this to be done without leaving a name. We hope you had a great stay and wish you well with stays at other serviced accommodation in Bicester.
