Die zwei Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption die an diesem Tag anwesend waren, waren richtig unhöflich, unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Die eine Mitarbeiterin meinte; dass das System gerade nicht geht und sie sowieso keine Lust hat uns zu „bedienen“ bzw. einchecken. Die könnten echt ne scheibe von den Schweizer abschneiden was HÖFLICHKEIT angeht! Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und sehr zentral!

Die Lage ist super! Sehr freundliches Personal und die Sauberkeit sowie die gesamte Einrichtung des Hotels top. Würde ich jederzeiz weiterempfehlen.

比较意外的浴室和早餐费

Pros: Sehr Sauber!
房间相对较小，双人大床房大概不超过20平，但是房间非常干净整洁。其中需要注意的是，浴室是纯玻璃无遮蔽的，也许是出于情侣住房的情调考虑，但是个人觉得不是很方便。早餐是除了网上订房的价位以外，需要另外结算的，每人每次早餐19欧。个人觉得早餐提供的食物以及服务水平相比其他4星宾馆不值这个价位。尤其是服务生方面，他们似乎更愿意服务欧洲面孔的顾客这一点，让人很不能理解，如果你不主动上前询问，是得不到服务的，而一般欧洲面孔的餐桌就会被服务生主动照顾到，比如会被询问是否需要添加咖啡，或者还有什么需要之类的。房间的迷你吧的酒水也是需要另外结算的，但是房间内并没有给出价目单。总体来说，坐标离火车站很近，也在市中心，还是很好的。

schickes neues Hotel mit Mängeln

Pros: modernes Bad
zentrales neues Hotel in Bielefeld.Leider war in der sechsten Etage an allen drei Tagen kein WLAN vefügbar. :-(( Für zwei Personen bei mehr als einer Übernachtung viel zu wenig Stauraum für Bekleidung usw. Die Zimmer sind doch sehr klein. In einem vier Sterne Hotel erwarte ich einen Zimmersafe. Die Böden im Bad und im Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt. :-((

Sehr zentrales Hotel in der Innenstadt

Pros: Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Von dieser Freundlichkeit wird man einfach angesteckt
Cons: Ich hatte ein Gallery-Zimmer gebucht. Was ich vermisst habe ist eine Ablage für den Koffer. Klappbarer Ablagebock denkbar?
Ich war in meinem Leben in unzähligen Hotels in der ganzen Welt und habe verschiedene Servicebereitschaften kennengelernt. Die Freundlichkeit des jungen Hotelteams in diesem Hotel ist - man muss es wirklich sagen - einfach einmalig. Kompetenz, absolute Freundlichkeit und Hilfestellungen bei unerwarteten Schwierigkeiten. Toll! Ich war und bin begeistert.
