Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Zimmerkomfort war erstklassig. Die Badetücher hätten nicht jeden Tag ersetzt werden müssen.

Sehr hellhöriges Hotel nach draußen zur Straße. Nachts sehr laute Geräuschkulisse aufgrund von Bars und Restaurants um das Hotel.

Points positifs : établissement contemporain, très propre et agréable, dans le centre vieille ville. Très bon restaurant (Patri). Points négatifs : lorsque l'on ouvre un tel établissement et l'on pratique de tels prix, il convient d'être à la hauteur à tous les niveaux. En l'espèce, proposer des sachets de café soluble dans les chambres et ne pas prévoir une troisième tasse, troisième serviette, troisième peignoir lorsqu'un client réserve une junior suite pour 3 personnes et paie un supplément pour cette 3è personne n'est pas acceptable.
