Very average experience. Advised the hotel in advance of the late arrival and was still allocated to a tiny family room, barely had space for luggage. The beds and mattresses also needs to be replaced. Luckily we are able to change to a bigger room the next day after requesting with the receptionist. The room was not cleaned when we got back to hotel around 6pm, and the house keeper knocked at the door around 6:30pm and asked if we need the room to be cleaned… Breakfast is ok, scrambled egg, bacon and sausages are the hot options. However, the freshly baked bread loaf is very tasty. Will try a different hotel next time.

Dear Wei We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us. The room you had originally booked was a room for 4 people, but I'm glad that you got a room that suited you better. You are always welcome to contact us so we can guide you to the room that is best for you. There is a plan for renovating the rooms where the beds and mattresses will be replaced. As many hotels in Denmark our houskeeping is short staffed and that means that cleaning for stayovers will be after the check out rooms which can be late in the afternoon/evening. We had our own door to the back yard and the kids could play outside safely. The hotel was quiet and beautiful. Really good breakfast, I really enjoye the tea buffet. Legoland really close, good location. The staff professionals and friendly. I highly recommend.

Henkilökunta oli erinomaisia ja iloisesti aina tervehtivät ja ottivat hyvin huomioon vieraat. Aamupala voisi olla lapsille enemmän sopivampi.

Plussaa huoneiden siisteydestä. Kivat huoneet - olisiko uusittu lähivuosina? Miinuksena ilmastoinnin puutteesta. Pidimme kattoikkunan auki myös koko yön, joten uni kyllä maistui loistavasti. Aamupala erinomainen. Sauna- ja uimatilat näyttivät mukavilta mutta ei ehditty käyttää niitä. Plussaa myös buffet-pöydästä: hienoa ettei pitkän päivän jälkeen tarvinnut lähteä muualle (keskustaan noin 1 km) ja ruoka ihan jees.

Siisti huone, monipuolinen ja runsas aamupala, sopivan kokoinen uima-allas, lyhyt kävelymatka legolandiin ja lalandiaan.
