Very nice hotel, in great location to the arena

Very nice hotel, in great location to the arena. Check in was quick and easy and I got a car park space with was in the secure compound. Room was good with big living dining kitchen with everything you need. Location was great to the arena where we was visiting but that is a downsize had noise from people after the show and cars leaving it. The only other downsize was the room looks a bit tidy and the room and furniture can do with a update.

customer service could be better

Pros: the location and the facilities available
Cons: the customer service
Location: the NIA and broad street is close by
I decided to go to this apartment to celebrate my birthday weekend to relax with my partner. check in experience could have been MUCH better. requested an apartment on a higher floor and was advised that nothing was available so i was provided with an apartment on the ground floor which was really awful, there was no privacy at all as it overlooked the main street. I was woken up by people walking and cars driving past. you couldn't even draw the curtains open in the bedroom without the public looking in! the tap in the toilet was broken and couldn't even get water out properly to wash hands. basic hygiene! the next day I complained to reception and told them that I wanted an apartment on a higher floor, also told them I specifically came there to relax to celebrate my birthday. I don't think they actually cared and it was such trouble for them to even move to a different room. the lady didn't looked pleased. I have been to many hotels over the years, and this is the first time where I have experienced staff not giving any consideration to their customers particularly that are LOYAL. I have been using these apartments for a long time probably since it first opened. the least they could have done was upgrade me to a better apartment especially as I was celebrating a special occasion. I have been to other hotels on my birthday in the past and they went the extra mile to make it special for me. REMIND me to never use them again for a special occasion!

Pleasant staff, but attention to detail declining

Pros: It is close to the conference venues.
Cons: Attention to detail - the flats are cleaned between visitors, but there appears to be no cleaning during longer stays nor checking of inventory.
Location: Close to Barclaycard Arena and ICC.
Having stayed at this venue several times over the last 7-8 years, largely because of its proximity to the BC arena and ICC for conferences, and the benefits of having a flat with a kitchen, I was disappointed by my experience this year. Staying for a whole week, I expected to have one of the quieter flats, but was initially put in one little larger than a hotel room, right on the main road and roundabout, and also smelling so strongly of Chlorine cleaner that I got an asthma attack. We were moved to a larger, quieter flat (OK bar a few missing items from kitchen utensils and broken TV remote). Part way through the stay, the hot water failed, and four requests for repair were made before we were given the key to another flat to use the shower that evening, and the following day my partner had to spend a couple of hours moving all our luggage to a third flat (also missing several items and with two of four chairs broken). There did not appear to be any cleaning days allocated over our week stay in this "serviced" apartment, nor any sort of daily service. Our requests were largely sorted politely by the staff, but I do not expect to have to keep chasing for service to this extent, especially having paid much more this year per night than in any previous stay.

Good Location but internet didnt work.

Good Location but internet didnt work which is a key requirement when travelling. This caused massive inconvenience. It took numerous calls to get some help, i think they are understaffed as when the help came they were very helpful and pleasant. I asked for an early check in but when i got there the room was not available.

Just what I wanted

Really pleasantly surprised by City Nites - really close to the centre but still in a quiet area. Staff were really nice and the apartment had everything that I needed. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, quick wifi, large lounge/kitchen - couldn't pick at anything. They obviously take a lot of care of their product - well done!

A secure, convenient place to stay near NIA / ICC

A revisit to this serviced apartment. Very friendly, helpful staff. Amenities good for a few days' stay, with reasonably equipped kitchen (pans, microwave, coffee filter jug, kettle, fridge / freezer and washing machine). Wireless internet and cable TV. Very convenient for both NIA and ICC, and for the newly refurbished REP.
