I tried to ring room service on many occasions all day for one day and there was no answer. I rang through to reception and was put through,Still no answer. Then I was not able to get through to reception or any service. I found this unhelpful and inconvenient.

Nice hotel

A few things when we arrived. We paid for a room for 3 adults and a 14 year old which it allowed us to book but when we arrived there was no way these occupants could sleep in the room as the beds are small. I spoke to reception and they were understanding amd a lady named christine kindly gave us another complimentary single room. Also we thought there would be a fridge but turns out that is only for the executive room. Overall we ended up satisfied although probably wouldnt stay again. Pros good and helpful staff... cons beds small and website slightly misleading.

Cosy clean hotel second to none!!

Pros: Friendliness of staff and the home from home feel,super soft bed and quality leisure facilities.
Cons: I would like to see some ethnic/black people's shampoo and conditioner. body lotion also offered as an alternative in rooms too.
Location: lots of road improvements and closed roads was annoying for a journey into walsall which should not have taken 3 hours..only attended a conference.
I stayed in this hotel (M6 J7) for the weekend with my 11yr old son and friends...The staff was very warm and friendly right from the reception desk to the facilities desk (swimming pool area)...However my only complaint if any is the cleaners did not speak much english or understand it , but I was able to communicate via hand gestures, hard work but doable..My son on the other hand found it very amusing but soon stopped laughing when there was no junk food on the hotel breakfast area...as well as seasonings other than salt and pepper. I WILL be staying there again in the future as my stay was very comfortable, however my son and friends would like to see more children friendly breakfast like choice of smoothies made from scratch may be replacing one of the other regular juices in the self service area ...and in the pool toys to use/hire like inflatables (big dino or nessy sit and paddle) within a time slot as this may not suit all. GREAT TIME TO GET A MEMBERSHIP.
