Great stay overall all the staff are very friendly and helpful good breakfast, only complaint was the couple rowing through the night and again this morning thankfully the hotel staff were efficient at handling it but a shame that people have to disrupt others stay!

Visit to the NEC

Pros: Comfortable and quiet
Cons: Nothing
Location: The NEC is a short walk away
Booked two rooms for a photography show at the NEC. On arrival the staff were very friendly and happy, nothing in the place was a problem and I'd happily go there again

Perfect pre-flight stopover; works hindering food

Great location, professional staff and clean & comfortable rooms. The downside at the moment is the refurbishment of the foyer and restaurant area means that breakfast is a grab & go arrangement so nothing hot.
