Motel-type property in centre of city so was able to park right in front of room - very useful when travelling to Birmingham by car. Some noise overnight, guests leaving very early, garbage trucks, etc.

Its nice hotel shame about the time the builders at the hotel started to work. 8am I dnt find it at all good . Didnt sleep well due to this . I really wouldnt stay here for awhile not sure if id go back. On check out i mentioned to staffabout noise her response is it does say that we are have refurishment . I think when booking next time i should mention that about any building work. I have stayed at other places were they have started building work after 10 am which i think is more then acceptable than 8am. Just had awful experience not good at all

Good hotel, close to shops, restaurants and bars

Good hotel, stayed the night for a gig in the O2 institute. Motel look to the hotel and looks a bit dated, but the room was great, good size, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Complimentary tea and coffee. Parking was £5. Had breakfast too which was lovely and a good selection of hot and cold food. Very close to bullring shopping centre, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

CuteChalets that aren't perfect but have character

Nice staff and cleaners. Overall, you don't have walk through a reception every time you go out and come in late. The staff are nice and friendly, as are the cleaners. The rooms are a little dated but better that that a dull white room, and yes a bit of a smoke smell. Very handy for getting out into the centre and well priced. Well done to the staff because they get 5stars

Good one night stay

I arrived late, no problem. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. For a no fuss night it was very very good.
