I have stayed here before and its fantastic again. From reception team to waiting on team at breakfast. This hotel is so friendly and welcoming. Again I'll mention the little things like a smile or a friendly hello from the team to a free coffee on reception.

Excellent for concert at Birmingham Arena, 5 mins walk. About 10 mins into town centre. Lovely breakfast to start the day.

Very disappointed with this hotel my daughters suffer from spots because of bed bugs. Also The carpet need to be replaced breakfast was very limited over all I wouldn’t go there again.
